Position Summary
We are currently seeking a versatile, energetic, and integrity-driven Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Operations team in our Burnsville, MN office.
This role helps to strengthen trust in the marketplace by managing consumer complaints and customer reviews. Through professional communication and mediation, this role assists consumers and businesses in addressing concerns, identifying solutions, and working toward satisfactory resolutions. The position also serves as a resource for consumer and business information and education.
